We’re pleased to share that your feedback has helped shape some great new updates to CRIIS. Your suggestions have guided us, and we’re committed to making your experience even better.
What's new
- Enhanced Reporting Outputs: Information is now presented in a more interactive format, offering users the capability to export data as needed.
- Reduced Administration: New features provide secure access to selected information, thereby reducing the requirements for system access management.
- Improved Transparency: Additional functionalities have been introduced to facilitate easier reconciliation with your systems.
- Fresh Content: New articles, guides, and resources will be added regularly.

The technical details
Improvements
- Added Agency Job Number field to support agencies in connecting with their internal systems
- Display the rejection reason for the Supplier and the Agency
- Email sent directly to the Contact email on the Work Order
- Enhanced reporting information available to download
- Email reminders sent directly to Agency users with a link to the Pending orders.
Repairs
- Start Date can now be edited if the order is not endorsed
- Agency Name in the Work Order List allowing filtering by agency
- Updated date format for consistency
- Expired work orders that are varied now appear in the Pending approval list
- Opened all appropriate fields for edit on variation
