For Suppliers
Welcome to CRIIS.
An interactive platform for suppliers appointed to supply services under Whole of Australian Government arrangements supported by CRIIS.
What does CRIIS mean for you?
This web-based platform supports suppliers delivering services to the Commonwealth through various Whole of Australian Government Panel arrangements.
The platform is currently available to suppliers under the People Panel Phase 2 – Labour Hire Services and the Management Advisory Services (MAS) Panel, and is in scope to expand to include People Panel Phase 1, People Panel Phase 3, and other panels as they are onboarded to CRIIS. More information about the People Panel can be found here, and information on the MAS Panel can be found here.
As a supplier, the platform provides you with an interactive platform to manage your reporting obligations under the panel arrangements.
How does it work?
Fit-for-purpose
With CRIIS you will submit panel reporting in one location. You can also use the platform to view all your engagements under the panel arrangement.
You can use CRIIS to:
- Submit and manage panel reporting as specified under the arrangements.
- Manage your internal users, including the roles they are assigned in the platform.
Where CRIIS is used for panels that require suppliers to report on worker activity, you can set up contractor relationships. Added features include:
- Relationship management.
- Downloadable timesheet reports.
- The ability to record your internal reference numbers (an employee ID for your contractors), so that you can match CRIIS generated reports with your internal systems if suitable.
The platform is designed using a human-centred approach, with the goal of making it both enjoyable and easy to use.
Ready to get started?
To access CRIIS as a supplier, you must be listed as a supplier under a panel arrangement where CRIIS is available for use. Your Panel Manager will invite you to create an account in CRIIS.
When creating a CRIIS account, you will need access to your:
- organisation issued email address (shared email addresses are not permitted).
- multi-factor authentication app (either Authy Authenticator or Microsoft Authentication)
If you believe you should be onboarded on CRIIS under your panel arrangement and have not yet been invited to create an account, please contact your Department of Finance Panel Manager.
Registering on CRIIS should take less than 10 minutes.
A supplier registration guide is available for more information.
