For Government Agencies
Welcome to CRIIS.
Your partner in procurement, providing verified information and supporting informed, integrity-driven decisions.
What does CRIIS mean for you?
This web-based platform supports government agencies looking to engage services through various Whole of Australian Government Panel arrangements.
The platform is currently available to the People Panel Phase 2 – Labour Hire Services and the Management Advisory Services (MAS) Panel, and is in scope to expand to include People Panel Phase 1, People Panel Phase 3, and other panels as they are onboarded to CRIIS. More information about the People Panel can be found here, and information on the MAS Panel can be found here.
For government agencies, CRIIS provides aggregate data on workforce engagements across the Commonwealth under panel arrangements supported by the platform, where suppliers are required to report on worker activity under the arrangement (e.g. People Panel Phase 2).
The platform enables suppliers to provide an additional source of verified information on individual workers engaged under these panels, supporting government agency hiring decisions — including their work history, even where a worker is engaged across multiple agencies or suppliers.
The platform aims to help enhance recruitment due diligence processes.
How does it work?
Delivering value
With CRIIS, contractors build a verified record of their engagements under the panels supported by CRIIS. This record shows their work history, including contract extensions or variations, and the skill sets they were engaged for.
This helps government agencies assess value for money when reviewing a worker’s experience and performance before entering a new engagement.
Contractor records are generated over time using approved information for work order and timesheet reports. These reports become part of the official record once it’s approved by both the supplier and the agency.

Accessing CRIIS as a Government Agency user
To access CRIIS, you must have a legitimate business need and be invited by your agency’s CRIIS administrator. They will assign the appropriate role based on your responsibilities.
If you are already registered to use a platform within the Central Procurement Systems ecosystem, such as AusTender, your CRIIS access will be added to your existing account when you are invited.
Some users, such as workflow approvers (e.g. for timesheets or work orders), may not need to sign in to CRIIS. In these cases, approval requests can be completed securely outside the platform via verified email instructions.
For more detailed guidance, refer to the agency registration guide.
